The winery is built on several levels, so that the must moves by natural flow, without the help of machines, and the final product keeps its natural character.
Our winery has everything it needs in house:
A complete private installation with double machinery, and our own workshop for maintaining the equipment.
A private laboratory where our products are tested, including microbiological analyses of the wines. An isolated room 5 m below ground, where the wines mature in French and American oak barrels at stable temperatures. And our own bottling line, where the bottles are filled and labelled.
